Gridiron Locks

A lot of cupcake games to start the season as usual but there are a few jems here.   I am actually calling the games both ATS (against the spread) and SU (straight up win).

Baylor at Wake Forest -2, 3:30 pm, ABC/ESPN2/ESPN GP  (Don't let the low prestige names of the schools fool you, this will be a good game with Baylor winning straight up)

Georgia at Oklahoma State -6, 3:30 pm, ABC (a huge early season, non-conference game.OSU is getting plenty of pre-season love but don't over look Georgia)

Illinois vs. Missouri (St. Louis) +6.5, 3:30, ESPN  (another decent game to watch here, I like Juice Williams to be the difference in the win but not by 6.5)

Nevada at Notre Dame -14, 3:30 NBC (upset special - take Nevada straight up)

San Jose State at USC, -34.5 3:30 pm, FSN (its a huge spread but take it, USC is going to be fine, even with freshman QB's starting.  Matt Barkley will probably get the nod in this game)

Alabama vs. Virginia Tech + 7(Atlanta), 8 pm, ABC (possibly the best game of weekend.  Tough game to call but look for Bama to try and make an early statement after getting their pants pulled down and spanked by Utah in their bowl game)
